I have one pretty minor idea for your consideration which might make some of the instructions cleaner and more future proof :-)

An index is a collection of documents uniquely identified by a name or an alias.
To create an index, go to **{{es}} > Home**, select keyword search, and follow the guided workflow.
To create an index:
1. Go to **Index Management** in the management page using the navigation menu or the [global search field](/explore-analyze/find-and-organize/find-apps-and-objects.md).

I'd consider removing all instances of in the management page, there's something like 9 of them.

hmm.. that "in" can be omitted, yes. The rest of the sentence is from the suggestion on the issue. Example: Go to the Index Lifecycles Policies management page using the navigation menu or the global search field. But yes, can go in with your suggestion.
